Darren Cox, Director of Blackdown Growers in the UK, and Ruben Daeux, Director of Les Herbes de Chenevière in France, have known each other for many years. They have each built respected businesses in their own markets – Blackdown Growers as a leading grower of baby leaf salads and herbs and Les Herbes de Chenevière as a specialist processor of premium aromatic herbs.
The Forming of Valspan
In September 2023, the pair combined their expertise and strengthened their supply networks by forming Valspan.
